INVEST IN THE GRASSROOTS

We are raising $80,000 between now and June 13, 2027 to both celebrate Richard Moore's 80th birthday and the long haul of movement work. Contact us to give you, your family, your neighborhood association, organization or institution to go on a grassroots tour on the health and wealth of our community. This includes relevant information on polluting facilities, historical context of environmental work to prevent pollution in overburdened communities and the legacy of resilience by our communities to persevere! 

We need support on the farm, maintenance of our buildings, doing community-based research, and more. Contact us with your skills and we will find work for you! Also, feel free to drop in Monday - Friday to volunteer with our farmers in the field. Or if you want to support in another way- don't be shy to ask! 

We are open to accept donations of farm equipment, non-gmo and heirloom seeds, building materials, and more. Please contact us and ask if what you have may help. 

Los Jardines Institute has over 59 years of experience organizing on local, regional, national and international levels. Our coordinators are happy to work with you on community-based organizing and strategy.
